1. Application Process
By submitting an application, the applicant certifies that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge. False or misleading information may result in the rejection of the application or termination of employment if discovered later.

5. Confidentiality of Information
The restaurant will keep all application materials confidential and use them solely for employment evaluation purposes. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the applicant’s consent, except as required by law.

6. Employment At-Will
Submission of an application does not guarantee employment. If hired, employment will be at-will, meaning that either the employee or the restaurant can terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice.

7. Employment Eligibility
Applicants must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States as required by federal law. This includes, but is not limited to, a valid Social Security number and appropriate documentation as outlined by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

8. Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Applicants must understand the specific job requirements and responsibilities for the position they are applying for. Job descriptions will be provided during the interview process.

9. References
Applicants are required to provide professional references. The restaurant reserves the right to contact these references to verify employment history and qualifications.

10. Application Validity
Applications will remain active for a period of six months. Applicants who are not hired but wish to be considered for future openings must reapply after this period.

11. Acknowledgment
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The applicant also consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with these terms.
